HYPOTHESIS There is no significant relationship between literacy and numeracy level among learners. SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS The study is considering Grade 3 pupils and other parents as respondents. While other pupils and their parents in the other grade levels are not included in the study. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY LEARNERS This study will benefit the learners ensuring safe and secure environment hence, resulting to conducive learning environment promoting quality learning DEPED This study will provide information on the support extended by stakeholders and provide total accumulated donations from benefactors. DEFINITION OF TERMS Family Involvement – This term is defined by Reyes (2022) as the process of the participation in school activities.
