NOTE ALL SCHEDULES ARE TENTATIVE
1. Arena Embellishment Feasibility Study: The project calls for Victus Advisors to conduct a
market analysis to see if there is sufficient demand for improving the facility. HKS Architects
will use the market analysis to generate concepts. Funding will be provided by donors and
sponsors.

2. Skinner-Jones Hall: Programming and Schematic Design: Programming, Schematic Design,

departments (Math, Engineering, Health, etc.).

3. Department of Sculpture Move to Building 6:

This contract was awarded to Warden
Construction. Work on site is
underway. Expected completion of
this phase is the end of March.
4. Master Plan 2015-2025: The Board of Trustees has adopted the Master Plan as presented.
Campus Planning sent a notice to all agencies of that fact.
5. Coggin Student Services in Bldg. 10: The project calls for the repurposing of the rat lab on the
first floor of Bldg. 10 into offices for the Coggin Student Services function.
