handout)
OESM column added to show source of ETT Director salary (91% covered by OESM)
Discussion raised questions about the Work Plan
As an added note: about $50,000 of left over funds from the $200,000 from
Foundation (will carry over into next year)
Send out a revised Work Plan, solicit comments and schedule a meeting to finalize it

Work with ADEC Conference (ETT would like to have input and possible related

Cathy LeCompte shared her experiences with a similar conference in Canada that she
attended
Possible future involvement of the Canadians in the ADEC conference

Divided phase II into two parts
o
Phase IIA – Student Guide revisions, updates and distribution
o
Phase IIB – Frame appropriate plan approach – help students be successful
with IT
Oversight/workgroup committee: will be compiled by the ETT (Susan Warner will not
chair this part)
o
Instead of having a single person chair suggestions were thrown out to have
co-chairs or team and include Reps from the extended campuses
Continue discussion of committee at next ETT meeting

Discussed Senior Analysis, Janet Johnson’s role
Possible internship
Have the capability to enter non-degree seeking students into banner
Original future goal was to capture personal information from the student but rather
have them in banner as soon as possible.

CONCLUSIONS

Annual June update to the Board of Regents, would like to include Distance Ed
updates
Met with the Military Advisory Council to propose Ramona McAfee’s full time director
position for the ETT, there were some concerns but overall approval - Ramona will still
play a small role with Military Services
Report to the UA Military Strategic Council

Details are not finalized

