Range terms may include but are not limited to - parties, period, price, conditions, exclusions, cancellations, legal remedies, progress reports. 1.2 Explanation of terms of service contract complies with organisational procedures and legislative requirements. 1.3 Terms of service contract are agreed and confirmed with customer. Outcome 2 Complete service contract for purchased goods in accordance with organisational procedures. Evidence requirements 2.1 Documentation for agreed service contract is legible, accurate and complete. 2.2 Documentation for agreed service contract complies with organisational procedures and legislative requirements. 2.3 Original copy of service contract is provided to customer and duplicate copies are filed.
