Agreed indicates a course of action that is agreed between two or more people (including the candidate) and which follows organisational procedures. Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace. This unit standard is Outcome 1 Prepare to receive returned goods. expiring Outcomes and evidence requirements Evidence requirements 1.1 Reason for return of goods is identified and recorded in accordance with organisational procedures. Range 1.2 reason may include but is not limited to - goods oversupplied, incorrectly picked, incorrectly ordered, damaged in transit to store; evidence is required for two different reasons for return of goods. Goods to be returned are verified against dispatch records in accordance with organisational procedures. Range 2.2 Changes to stock control records due to returned goods are accurate, and completed within agreed timeframe in accordance with organisational procedures. 2.3 Record of returned goods is filed in accordance with organisational procedures.
