trigger point.

meet pre-set stock levels in a retail or distribution environment.

Definitions
Agreed indicates a course of action that is established between two or more people
(including the candidate) and which follows organisational procedures.
Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures
which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace.
Retail or distribution environment refers to workplaces where the primary focus is on
customers purchasing goods and/or services.

Evidence requirements

Stock levels are established and agreed with stakeholders in accordance with
organisational procedures.

Factors affecting stock requirements are identified and incorporated into
establishment of stock levels in accordance with organisational procedures.

factors – stock turnover, storage capacity, seasonal variations,
budget, sales, promotions;
evidence is required for three factors.

Lead times for regular and alternative stock suppliers are established and
recorded.
1.4
Documentation related to establishment of stock levels is accurate, complete,
and distributed to stakeholders within agreed timeframe.
