It comprises one or more purchases, only includes one or two steps, but no sales strategy or planning. There is no paperwork apart from the till receipt. 2 Performance of the outcomes of this unit standard must comply with the requirements of the following - Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Sale of Goods Act 1908. Evidence requirements 1.1 Stages in a simple sales transaction are described. Range 1.2 may include but is not limited to – greet customer, establish rapport, identify goods to be processed, handle objections, receive payment, farewell customer.
