People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate
knowledge of company requirements, and carry out crew duties
in a quick service restaurant.

Legislation and regulations to be complied with include but are not limited to – Food
Hygiene Regulations 1974, Food (Safety) Regulations 2002, Food Act 1981, and
Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.

Establishment requirements – any policy, standard operating procedure, or agreed
requirement that is made known to the candidate prior to assessment against this
unit standard.

This unit standard can be assessed using simulation but must be assessed in the
workplace.
