Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace. 2 Evidence is required for maintenance of quality of four different goods. Range Outcome 3 Monitor factors which could impact on quality of goods. Evidence requirements 3.1 Potential risks to quality of goods are identified. 3.2 Action is taken to minimise potential risks to quality of goods in accordance with organisational procedures.
