Plan, organize, and develop goals and procedures for the program/section. Represent the program/section with administrators, outside agencies, and others on relevant matters. Skills/Abilities: • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, teambuilding and leadership skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization including faculty and administration. • Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working with a diverse student population having sensitivity to cultural issues. • Experience working with policies, procedures and budgets desirable. 2. Equipment Used: Personal Computer and other equipment associated with an office environment. 3. Software Used: A variety of spreadsheet, word-processing, database, e-mail, and presentation software. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Duties require little physical effort in work with light (up to 10lbs), easy to handle materials. Duties performed causes light fatigue of eyes, fingers, or other faculties due to long periods of standing, sitting, and/or repetitive motion.
