STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Construction continues for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water
Services’ Eastburn Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Blythe
Development is working on grading and drain tie-ins for homes
adjacent to the pipe installation work on Parkstone Drive.
Glenkirk Road is now seeing footings being poured after blasting
rock for a 16’ arch culvert. Work will begin on Park South and
South Executive Drive in mid-February for the new 72” culvert.
New pavement and curb will be installed on Parkstone Drive as
weather permits.

Contractors install the last large structure for
Parkstone Drive, completing the 42” pipe from
Woodwardia Drive to Park South Drive.
