UNDER CONSTRUCTION E a s t b u r n STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT February 2014 Dear Resident: Construction continues for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services’ Eastburn Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Work along Fairheath Road and in the backyards of Hazelton Drive is progressing. Work has been temporarily delayed at the Hazelton Drive location due to utility issues and subsurface rock. With the work zone that is present at Hazelton, the detour will remain the same with detour signs in place. During the road closure, local access to homes will be available but vehicular and pedestrian access across the culvert area from one side to another will be unavailable. Please plan on taking other neighborhood streets for alternate access. The City would like to thank all residents for their patience and cooperation.
