FRT is not acceptable as a structural floor in Type I and II buildings.
FRT plywood over metal deck is acceptable.
Any tenant space or building used as an A occupancy with an occupant
content of less than 50 shall be considered a B occupancy.
A floor supporting a shaft wall shall have the same fire rating as
required for the shaft wall.
Guards are not required on green roofs that are accessed only for
maintenance. This would be covered by OSHA.
It recommended that this type walls have a secondary water supply to
the irrigation system by the IGCC (Alternate Method)
Final hearings to he held in Phoenix in Nov. NC not to adopt at this
time.
The use of these codes was permitted as of Sept. 1, 2012 with a
mandatory date of March 1, 2012.
