Filet ‘O Fish Chef Cory York (right) Chef de Cuisine at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando and Specialty Restaurant Chef for Deep Blu, demonstrates proper large fish fileting techniques for Culinary students during his recent visit to the COD campus. The second in a series of Visiting Chefs, York prepared a sumptuous dinner for 130 area business leaders later that evening, with assistance from Waterleaf Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc, the Waterleaf team and Culinary students Jessica Sapinski, Ted Nagengast, Mike Walls and Conrad Crosby. Board of Education Supreme Court decision. The AAMOU is dedicated to promoting positive role models for African American boys.
