Call to Order


New Business

New Amendments – Katie

At GLACURH, found out we were not affiliated with the national level
because we were missing some information in our constitution.
o
Section Seven: Lifetime Membership

Once a student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is
inducted as a member of The Carol Bassuener Chapter of the
National Residence Hall Honorary, they will be considered an
active member as long as said student remains living in the
Residence Halls. Students graduating or living off campus will
remain a part of NRHH as alumni members.

Amendment is passed into our constitution.
Community Service Coordinator Election

Kacy Rozwadowski

Who is she? She likes art, PPL, cereal

Very passionate about service. She attended work camp every
summer.

New retreat? Service retreat!

Hopefully a RA in Hutch

In the optimist club but they meet every 3 weeks.

Intermural sports is.

Google Docs Pro.

It will be a joy to contact and create service opportunities.
Maybe find new opportunities that our Chapter hasn’t
reached yet.


Originally had 1 per region.

Now anyone can be elected to RRC regardless of which
region they are from.

Calendar Talk

New source of income after bed lofts are no longer a source.

Mark Beckerjeck is an amazing photographer and allowing us
to use him picture of the seasons of La Crosse.

Calendar will be marketed towards parents versus students as
the REC gives out.

Calendar will have information regarding to when the hall
open and closes, student bill dates, registration, etc.

Greek Life can be included. If you have thoughts of what can
be put in the calendar, let Jason know.

Calendars would be primarily sold at freshman registration
and move-in day.

No idea how much what the calendars will cost/sell at this
point.


Let Jason know if you want to help out in anyway.

Only 6 people have fulfilled their OTM Membership Requirement
Community Service Coordinator - Nikki Fronek

Our goal for service hours was 150 and we are at 141!

How are service opportunities decided?

Service opportunities can only be accepted if we as a chapter
can represent and do together.


It is very tricky and give Nikki some slack!
This Sunday from 6:30-8:30, setting up Christmas trees in an elderly
home.

Spenser won a mug for his outstanding service commitment!
