o Gossip Girl Polaroid Program from last year

 A pageant typically where in the past it is has been all males.
 Alpha Phi has does Mr. Heartthob which is the same program.
o Chapter passed to do Gossip Girl Program
o Fall or spring semester?
 It’s cold in fall
 It’s raining in spring
 Could do it during the day of Halloween weekend
 Campus Relations will take it on for this semester
 Fall Induction Possibility
o Inducting 6 new members for maximizing our Chapter
o Money is an issue for an Induction
o Possibly moving money around?
o Possibly adding money to the Induction.
o Luke likes having a full Chapter.
o Inductees would have to have at least a semester living on campus.
o Transfer students would be allowed to apply.
o Hannah slipped through the cracks last semester.

o Voting passed and we will be inducting 6 new members.

o This is the first meeting where everyone is here! Until Jordan left..
o Lifehack: If you are writing an essay, copy and paste it in Google
Translate and have it replay back to you. You will catch more errors
that way.
Finance and Fundraising Coordinator - Jason Chambers
o $36,000ish (Jason moved too fast for me to see).
OTM Coordinator - Anna Nachreiner
o OTMs were due last Friday.
o 1 person on the voting committee from outside our Chapter.

o Bethany St. Joseph’s
 They have BINGO on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from
2:30-4:15PM.
 No more than 5 people each day.
 Half of us to put up Christmas trees the week before
Thanksgiving.
 Eagle Haunted House can be used as Service Hours.
 Greek Life does not count for hours.
 Nikki will be recognizing an individual each chapter meeting for
outstanding service

o No more tracks in LAX.
o East side is in a blast zone for new train tracks
o Cold-Weather weekends. Your Reps should know each weekend.
o Grub tubs will be the day before finals.
o Against Sexual Assault Flag football.
o Safely walk that happened tonight.

Ryan 10/2
o The card office on the second floor of Cartwright will be providing free
IDs to those who do not have one in order to vote in the election in
November.
