Project Description:
Construct approximately 17,322 gross square feet of new space and remodel
approximately 19,828 square feet gross at the primary campus in Walla Walla. This will
result in approximately 5,100 square feet of computer labs, 2,400 square feet of science
lab and related space, 7,250 square feet for Basic Skills instruction, and approximately
9,225 square feet for Art instruction.

Project is completed. Retainage is scheduled for release in January 2008. No claims filed
Discussion of Project Quality
The project quality was superior. A local Walla Walla Contractor, Opp and Siebold, was
the general. Their project management was excellent and they have put together a top notch
team of project administrators and sub-contractors. This project was very challenging due
to most of the activity going on in close proximity of classroom, laboratory, and office
space. Job site activity and coordination with occupants was excellent. Warrantee issues
have been taken care of quickly and professionally. Students, staff and faculty love their
new space.
