The Clark Center is continuing on schedule and within budget. Time extensions (41 days, COP #1 and COP #12) will not adversely impact occupancy and faculty/ student utilization. Discussion of Project Quality Clark College has been working closely with WSU Vancouver staff to ensure that the facility meets or exceeds design and construction standards for both learning institutions.
