Creativity Testing Checklist
 Receive Creativity Training
 Fill out and score GATES survey for ALL
____ grade students, or if you are referring
students for testing, please complete a
GATES for each student.
 All students who score Highly Probable, or
Extremely Probable will take the Torrance
Test of Creative Thinking.
 Notify parents and receive permission for
Torrance (see attached letter)
 Administer Torrance (will take 30-45
minutes, can test all students at one time.

 Send completed Torrance tests to Mary
Nichols at JSSC.
