Universal Studios Hollywood – Universal City. Ability to work a variety of work hours
including holidays, weekends and evenings. ERTs are first responders who must be flexible to
meet the demands of an ever-changing emergency scene. When emergencies exist, the situation
can be complex and care of the patient must be started immediately. Respond to all emergency
situations in conjunction with internal and external resources at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Treat patients in a fixed BLS facility or at a posting location occasionally unaccompanied by
other team members. In accordance with state, local, and internal protocols, provide top quality
care, handling high levels of stress, and willing to take on the personal responsibility required of
the position. Accurately complete required documentation. Strictly adhering to and actively
promoting all Environmental Health and Safety Policies & Procedures while performing all
duties. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and professional appearance including
your conduct at all times. Complete necessary regulatory and on-duty inspections. Participate in
staff meetings, in-service programs and program development activities as required and/or
requested. Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests.
Participate in emergency drills and training. Currently licensed in the State of California; EMT
or Paramedic. One year experience providing emergency medical care. Current Basic Life
Support certification. Successfully pass on on-site assessments skills test. Ability to write
correspondences, including Patient Care Reports. Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one
and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

BILINGUAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT

inventory. Use computerized patient care and billing systems. Be punctual and maintain a
satisfactory attendance record. Communicate effectively and courteously with patients, staff and
outside companies. Skill in maintaining a harmonious work atmosphere, in practicing excellent
customer service. Organizational skills and flexibility in working both back and front office to
facilitate a smooth workflow thus maintain quality patient care.
