To this end we utilize the P Drive for our electronic files. • P Drive is where we store final documents, fiscal year reports, resources, etc. • We have two P drives – Community & Resource Development and Grants Management & Compliance • They are set up based on subjects and fiscal years • We have a standard naming and filing procedure • You will find most everything you need on this drive to give you a historical and operational overview Standard Operating Procedures Many of our internal processes have been flowcharted and documented in what we call our SOP’s. If you need help with something check the P drive to see if there is an SOP already created that will walk you through the process OR to use as a refresher after your initial training. We want your feedback on our SOP’s too – a fresh look helps us in our continuous improvement process – we always update and refine.
