The stories people tell of the creation of the world are affected by the experiences of the people who tell them. This explains why there are both similarities and differences in myths from different parts of the world. It also explains why we can find out information about a culture or region from the people who tell it. In a well written essay, explore these idea. A paper (1-2 pages) – it MUST be typed, double spaced, 12 point font, times new roman or the equivalent, one inch margins, and at least one full page. The title MUST also be in 12 point font – this is to be handed in to the teacher BEFORE you present your project. o Your paper must contain: A complete summary of the myth you researched for your project At least one full paragraph comparing and contrasting your culture’s creation myth to either the Greek or Norse creation myth as covered in class.
