What are my responsibilities?
You will be a team member in various projects under
the supervision of a senior member of the team who
will mentor and support you. You will be given tasks

challenges according to your abilities:

Embedded design and development (sensors
and Linux-based products)
System software design and development (using
C, C++, C#, SQL etc.)
Mechanical design (3D CAD)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
To succeed you will need good numeric, logical and
critical thinking skills and will be able to demonstrate
significant dedication to your discipline. Evidence of
practical aptitude via personal experience and results
will be an advantage. The ability to develop good
working relationships and communicate effectively
are also important for this role.



You should be working towards a degree in an
Engineering or IT related subject
IT Literate – Microsoft Office
Experience of any of the following development
languages / tools: C, C++, C#, Java, SQL,
SharePoint, CAD
What else do I need to know?
Also, this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract,
starting in the Summer 2015, and will be based in
Poole.
