Mr. Moore is chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Moore has over 25 years of general management experience in public and private companies. He has sound experience as a corporate leader overseeing all aspects of a facilities management firm and a manufacturing concern.
