Rodney McMullen is Chief

Co. The company employs
375,000 associates who serve
customers in more than 3,700
supermarkets, convenience and
jewelry stores under two dozen
names. Kroger also operates 38
U.S. food processing plants.
Carolyn Tastad is Global Customer
Business Development (CBD) Officer
for P&G. Carolyn is from Saskatchewan, Canada. Throughout her
30-year career, Carolyn has provided
leadership to P&G’s CBD and Market
Development Organizations (MDO)
in roles of increasing global
responsibility. At the VP level,
Carolyn led the US Global Market
Strategy & Planning and One
Go-To-Market Optimization as well as
P&G’s MDO for Global Prestige in
Switzerland and North America
Gillette Integration.
David Williams has nearly 30 years
of experience providing advice
and counsel to companies faced
with opportunities for growth,
such as a merger or acquisition, or
critical challenges such as fraud,
litigation or restructuring. David
has served in various leadership
roles spanning Deloitte FAS’ three
major business arms — Forensics,
Analytics and Advisory Services.
His leadership responsibilities
extend to more than 2,000
professionals.
Michele serves on the Board of
Directors at NY Life, a Fortune 100
financial services company.
Rodney is a member of the Board
of Directors of Cincinnati
Financial Corp.
Network of Executive Women Mission
Advance women in the retail and consumer products industry through education, leadership and business development.
