TINSELTOWN TATTLER…
Nude photos of dozens of celebrities such as JENNIFER LAWRENCE, KIRSTEN
DUNST, ARIANA GRANDE, KATE UPTON and VICTORIA JUSTICE were
leaked online over the weekend. Apparently there was some sort of Apple iCloud
glitch that allowed their phones to be hacked and the photos were posted online in
an attempt to earn Bitcoins. Reps for Lawrence and Upton have confirmed the
photos are the real deal, as did Dunst, who tweeted: "Thank you iCloud." However,
Ariana Grande denies her photos are authentic, tweeting: “My petite ass is much
cuter than that,” while Justice said, "These so called nudes of me are FAKE people.
Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*" Lawrence is spearheading an
effort to track down and prosecute those responsible and the FBI is now on the
case, while Apple says they’ve fixed the problem.
Doctors began taking JOAN RIVERS out of her induced coma on Sunday. Rivers
had been placed on life support and put into an induced coma after she stopped
breathing during a throat procedure last Thursday. The process of bringing Rivers
out of the come will continue through tomorrow, but doctors are concerned that the
part of the brain that controls motor skills may have been compromised, leaving
her as either a vegetable or in a wheelchair. In what hopefully won’t turn out to be
ironic, the night before she was rushed to the hospital, Rivers gave a performance
in which she joked about dying. (Hear here)
CEE-LO GREEN pleaded no contest in the case where a woman accused him of
slipping her ecstasy. The woman claimed that they were at a downtown L.A. bar
and the next thing she knew she was naked in his bed. CeeLo and the woman had
been dating for months and he’d flown her out to L.A. and Vegas on several
occasions to be with him and witnesses also said she looked fine when she walked
out of the bar. Cee-Lo agreed to perform 360 hours of community service and
attend 52 AA meetings and serve three years’ probation.

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but ALEC BALDWIN got into it with a
photographer in the Hamptons on Sunday. The photographer named Matt claims
he was shooting Baldwin and his family from far away when his wife, Hilaria,
started screaming at him and Alec approached and started pushing and shoving
him. Matt claims the first police officer on the scene saw Alec grab him and put
him in a headlock and that the officer was ready to arrest Baldwin, but Matt didn’t
want to press charges. However, a supposedly close friend of the Baldwins tells
TMZ the headlock story is bull and that the photographer approached them. They
say one of the responding officers managed to cool things down and even got Alec
and the photographer to shake hands. However, a video shows an irate Baldwin
demanding the photographer be arrested. (See here)
CHRIS TUCKER has been slapped with a federal tax lien for $2.5 million! The
worst part is, that’s on top of the $12 million he already owes. Tucker’s rep says
he settled up with the IRS on Friday, although they didn’t say whether it was for
the full amount or just an installment plan.
LINDSAY LOHAN has finally reached a settlement with the truck driver she hit
on the Pacific Coast Highway two years ago. You’ll recall Lindsay crashed her
Porsche into a semi-truck and then lied to cops saying her assistant had been

an undisclosed out of court settlement from Lindsay’s insurance company.
Celebrity chef TODD ENGLISH was busted for DUI on Sunday in Southampton,

and has been a regular on television programs including "Iron Chef USA."

It turns out there was some KIM KARDASHIAN drama at the recent MTV Video
Music Awards. Apparently organizers had Kim seated near RITA ORA and that
was a no-no because Kim blames Rita for messing up her brother Rob Kardashian
with their nasty breakup a couple years back. Kim asked producers to find her a
different seat and they found her a place near Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
There were several celebrity weddings over the weekend. DONNIE WAHLBERG
and JENNY MCCARTHY tied the knot Sunday in a ceremony outside Chicago. It
was the second marriage for both, but Wahlberg’s brother Mark didn’t attend. The
official reason was that Mark’s family was celebrating daughter Ella's 11th
birthday in Los Angeles. However, word has it that Mark and his wife don’t like
Jenny. Meanwhile, GABRIELLE UNION and DWYANE WADE married
Saturday night in Miami and John Legend performed at the ceremony. Finally,
ASHLEE SIMPSON and EVAN ROSS got hitched on Sunday at the home of
Evan's mom, Diana Ross, in Greenwich, Connecticut. Ashlee’s sister, Jessica
Simpson, was the maid of honor and Ashlee's 5-year-old son Bronx walked his
mother down the aisle. Diana Ross officiated the ceremony and also performed.
BRITNEY SPEARS has confirmed that she split with boyfriend David Lucado
after she caught him cheating. Britney took a moment during her show at Las
Vegas’ Planet Hollywood to tell the audience, “Well, by now everyone knows my
boyfriend cheated on me. But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates.
OMG, OMG, I need a hot guy. Where are the hot guys here tonight?” Britney then
brought celebrity blogger Perez Hilton onstage and put him into an outfit of leather
and chains before launching into her song “Freakshow” while guiding him around
the stage on all fours like a dog on a leash. As for Lucado, he reportedly wants to
talk it out with Britney, but her dad is blocking him from making contact.

BEYONCÉ and JAY Z were all hands with each other while performing this

A new, upscale Denny's has opened in New York City where guests can order the
"Grand Cru Slam" for $300. The meal includes a bottle of chilled, vintage 2004
Dom Perignon and two Grand Slam breakfast meals. It’s the first ever Denny's in
New York City and franchisee Rahul Marwa said, "We wanted to make sure we
kind of stepped it up a notch for this neighborhood, which is the gateway to the
financial district."
It could be tough to get a fast food meal on Thursday. Demonstrators wanting to
unionize fast food chains are planning acts of civil disobedience at McDonald's,
Wendy's and other restaurants. They say the acts are targeted at around 150 U.S.
cities, but they won’t say what exactly they have planned. The campaign is
designed to bring attention to the plight of the workers, who struggle to get by.
A new study suggests that watching action shows on TV could make you fatter
than if you watch something more relaxing like a talk show. Cornell University
researchers had about 100 undergraduates watch clips from the sci-fi thriller "The
Island," starring Scarlett Johansson and Ewan McGregor; while others watched the
Charlie Rose talk show. All test viewers were provided with plenty of cookies,
candy, carrots and grapes. During "The Island," students ate about 7 ounces of
various snack foods, and 354 calories, which was nearly double what was
consumed during Charlie Rose. Researchers say faster paced TV seemed to distract
viewers more, contributing to mindlessness eating.

THE WATERCOOLER 2…
A woman in Mexico named Leandra Becerra Lumbreras celebrated her birthday on
Sunday. What’s remarkable is that her family claims it was her 127th birthday.
While her birth certificate was lost about 40 years ago, her family says her birth
date has been documented and certified by judges following a probe. While it
would make her the oldest person who has ever lived, the Guinness Book of World
Records has declined to recognize Lumbreras as the world’s oldest person because
of the missing birth certificate.
Physicists now say it’s possible that we’re living in a giant hologram. The
director of the Fermilab Center for Particle Astrophysics says, "For thousands of
years, we have assumed that space is made of points and lines. Maybe that is not
right -- it might be made of waves, the way that matter and energy are." That
would mean that things like location aren't as fixed as we think they are. In an
attempt to solve the mystery, they're using an instrument called a holometer
specially designed to measure space's 'quantum jitter.'
A Belgian photographer is in critical condition after completing his ALS Ice
Bucket challenge. The photographer had 396 gallons of water dropped on him
from a firefighting plane at a height of only 22 feet near Girona, Spain. To put it in
perspective, water weighs 8.34 pounds per gallon, which makes the weight of his
bucket challenge just over 3,300 pounds, or roughly the weight of a Toyota Camry.
In addition to the weight, when the speed at which the water was traveling is also
factored in, it’s a wonder the guy is alive at all. And his name? Bruno Brokken!

Driving can be a pain in the butt…just ask Colorado’s Christina Jahnz. Christina
says she was only going 20 mph when all of a sudden she saw white powder from
her deployed air bags. Christina also noticed that a pole had gone through her car,
piercing her thigh and buttocks. Firefighters had to saw off the front and back of
the pole to get Christina out before taking her to a hospital. Christina said she lost
count of the stitches after 40, but likely wouldn’t have had to start counting had she
not been texting while driving.
A caller to the Littleton, Colorado police claimed to have shot two co-workers and
threatened to shoot other hostages and any officers that might enter a professional
gamers’ office. While it may surprise some that there are professional gamers and
that they have an office, Jordan Mathewson of the Creatures gaming collective
knew almost right away it was a "swatting" prank by rival gamers. However, the
SWAT team didn’t know this and his while his webcam captured the assault and
live streamed it to those he was gaming with, police later said they were not
amused and plan to prosecute those responsible. (See here)
At Kissimmee, Florida’s Ventura Elementary School, a teacher noticed one of her
students was coming in late every day with a strong smell emanating from his
person. Finally, the teacher asked the student about the odor and he said he
couldn’t remember the last time he took a bath. The kid later told deputies he
didn’t have any clean clothes, which led them to the kid’s home, where Betsy
Velasquez lived with her five kids and seven dogs. Deputies found the home
littered with piles of dirty clothes, dog feces, moldy dog food and old soda cans
and a bathtub filled with dirty water. Deputies charged Betsy with child neglect
and placed the kids in the custody of relatives.

MO’ DUH…
West Valley City, Utah police are searching for a suspected robber, who may be
armed, and is definitely hapless. The suspect entered a Subway restaurant,
indicated he had a weapon, and demanded money. When an employee asked him
to wait and walked to the back of the store, but didn't return, the suspect left. The
suspect then entered a Family Dollar store and again, the cashier asked him to wait
while they helped other customers. Again, the suspect left empty-handed.
Not wanting to drink alone, Rebekah Altieri took her dog to a Jupiter, Florida bar.
Unfortunately, when Rebekah got drunk, the dog ran away and she called 911 to
report her missing pup. The good news for Rebekah, police were already at the bar.
The bad news for Rebekah is police were already at the bar because a bartender
had called them to report an intoxicated patron tossing chairs, which was her.
Police weren’t able to find her dog and they say she was too drunk to give them a
description of the pup. When Rebekah refused officers’ requests to call a taxi for a
ride home, she was arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct and misuse of 911.
Florida’s Bobbey Jo Boucher called police to report that her 10-year-old daughter
hadn’t returned home after she’d dropped her off at a barbecue on her way to work.
A search began, but when an officer called Bobbey Jo for more information at her
place of employment at the Calendar Girls strip club she told him, “I have to get
onstage” before hanging up. The good news is that Bobbey Jo’s daughter was
found. Police also found Bobbey Jo and arrested her on obstruction charges.
Often when a couple watches the movie The Notebook together, romance fills the
air and intimacy ensues. Such was the case for Effingham County, Georgia’s
Christopher Buckner and Timothy Savoy. Incidentally, in this case, Christopher is
a young woman and the aforementioned intimacy took place in a semi truck parked
at Countryside Baptist Church. When police arrived, they discovered that Timothy
was Christopher’s half brother and the couple admitted to engaging in the act three
times and were arrested for incest, aggravated sodomy, and prowling.
