All bids must be received by the Office of ASSET MANAGEMENT, 210 WHITEHURST HALL, OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY, STILLWATER,
OKLAHOMA 74078, before the final closing hour as shown on the Invitation to Bid. Bids must be received in sealed envelopes with SALE
NUMBER, CLOSING DATE, CLOSING TIME, and the words “SEALED BID” plainly written on the outside of the envelope. BIDS RECEIVED
WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE NULL & VOID. Bids phoned or faxed to OSU Asset Management will not be accepted. OSU will not
open or consider bids received after Closing time regardless of the reason the bid was not received at or before the Closing time. Bids from OSU
employees housed in the immediate area of Asset Management or their immediate family will not be considered. OSU accepts the right to reject or
accept all or part of the bids submitted. Sales tax of 8.813% will be added, unless an Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit number is given and a copy of the
permit is provided. Upon conveyance of title the Purchaser shall have all responsibility for care and handling and all risks of loss or damage to the
property and have all obligations and liabilities of ownership. The purchaser shall hold Oklahoma State University, its employees and governing
board harmless from all claims made regarding the property after transfer of ownership. Purchaser acknowledges that items purchased could be
subject to United States laws and regulations, including those that relate to the export of items subject to export controls under the Export
Administration Regulations, 15 CFR 730-774, and/or sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Controls.
Purchaser agrees that it is Purchasers responsibility to comply with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the export of the item(s).
Acceptance of any bid by Oklahoma State University will constitute a firm contract. Successful bidders will be notified by mail within 15 working days
after bid opening. Sale item is SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Bids close on March 30, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. Bids will be opened immediately after

SEMI-TRAILER NOT INCLUDED IN SALE, JUST INSIDE CONTENTS
Inspection: The responsibility to determine the condition of the property rests with the bidder!
Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids
based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation. The equipment is sold “AS IS WHERE
IS’ with NO warranties or guarantees on merchandise sold. An official receipt will be issued once
payment has been received and receipt will need to be presented at time of removal. Buyer
should coordinate the removal with OSU TULSA, Liz Davis at 918-594-8329. Semi-trailer
housing the IT equipment is not part of the bid; only IT equipment contained in semi-trailer is
for sale. OSU TULSA representative Liz Davis may be contacted at 918-594-8329. Ms. Davis will
coordinate appointments for limited viewing, removal of equipment by successful bidder, and is
point of contact for all questions. PLEASE NOTE: All equipment has been palletized and shrink
wrapped before loading trailer, so bidder viewing will be limited.
Buyer or third party shipper is responsible for packaging, shipping and must provide proof of
general liability insurance no less than $1 million dollars at the time of payment.
Two options are available for the successful buyer to have purchased merchandise delivered to
them at buyers cost: 1) Contract directly with Charlie’s Trailer Company to have IT equipment
delivered to buyer or 2) use a cross dock where Charlie’s Trailer would deliver the IT equipment
to a warehouse loading dock, equipment would be unloaded and reloaded on buyers containers.
