Most machines are designed to do one job.
Computers are different. WHY?
Answer: Because they are general purpose machines.
How are they general purpose?
Answer: By changing the program instructions.

used for processing text

used for looking at pages on the Internet

used for performing calculations

Computers are used in almost every type of work and are found almost
everywhere.

Definite articles: the
E.g.: The laptop I bought is really good.
