Adding a printer

Open My Computer
In the Address bar type \\nscollege-srv03
Find the printer you wish to install by Room number (i.e. ROOM316HP2430)
Double click on the icon for that printer – A message may pop up that new drivers will
need to be installed on your system. Click Yes.
Once installed the printer window will open. If you would like this printer to be your new
default printer, in the printer window click on Printer and choose Set As Defualt Printer.
