The Group Number is 3289. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Team members are eligible to contribute in the 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following one month of employment. Deductions will begin with the first full pay period following the effective date. Team members can defer 1% to 50% of their eligible compensation, up to the IRS limits. After one year of service, team members’ pre-tax contributions are matched dollar-for-dollar up to the first 5% of eligible compensation. This match is 100% cash and invested in the team member’s investment fund elections A team member’s pre-tax contribution and Company matching contributions are immediately 100% vested. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Team members and their household members can receive up to five free confidential counseling sessions per incident per year.. One floating holiday is issued on January st st st 1 and one floating holiday is issued on July 1 . Team Members have until December 31 to use both floating holidays. Floating holidays do not carry forward to the next calendar year. Part time team members will receive one floating holiday on their date of hire, which may be used after the st completion of their 90-day introductory period. They will then receive the next regularly scheduled January 1 or July st 1 grant, which may be used after the completion of their 90-day introductory period. Business Travel Accident Insurance Team members are covered under an Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy (up to $100,000) as long as the accident that causes the covered loss occurs while working or while on authorized travel away from your place of regular employment. Bereavement Time A maximum of (three days) bereavement time is offered per occurrence. Jury Duty Eligible part-time team members will be provided time-off to spend on jury duty but are ineligible for compensation for time spent on jury duty.
