Promotion details
• What is the promotion and who can participate?
• 60-day Extended Payment Terms on qualified products for eligible partners through Tech Data
• All US non-DRC 2nd Tier partners are eligible to apply for this promotion
• All other Partners must apply for and be approved for credit line financing by one of the approved Vendors
• Promotion Finance and Distribution Partners
• Finance Partners: GE Capital Finance, Castle Pines Capital, De Lage Landen
• How does a Partner receive extended payment terms
• As an approved customer of one of the vendors, all orders of eligible products placed within the timeframe of
the program will automatically receive 60 day payment terms instead of the standard 30 days
• Partners do not need to apply to HP for this program – it is totally managed by the Finance Vendor
• Eligible HP Products at start of the promotion
• PSG: All Commercial SmartBuy products
• IPG: Product lines C5, ST, and 4X. (Value color and mono laser)
• ESSN: Products not currently eligible
• Projected Program Start Date
• August 1, 2012
