BUSINESS EXCELLENCE
INTRODUCTION:
This three-day (non–residential) training is aimed at developing skills for assessing the effectiveness
of various management approaches and their deployment for achieving Excellence. The course is
newly designed, the training material revised and an Award Winning Case Study used, that is aligned
to the EFQM Excellence Model 2013. The Assessors of the European Excellence Award and the CIIEXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence are also trained through similar case studies. There are
many new challenges to be addressed by Business Managers in the current business scenario
covering issues like Risk Management, Innovation, Organizational Agility, Sustainability, Work Life
Balance, Sustaining Superior Results etc.
OBJECTIVES:
 To get an integrated view of management on Excellence and meet the new challenges.
 To equip participants with necessary management/ assessment skills for measuring the
effectiveness of various initiatives taken by an organization towards Excellence.
 To prepare potential Assessors for the CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence.
