The Results criteria are concerned with what the organisation has achieved and is achieving. Who can participate? What is the Evaluation Process? All Assessment is based on the Organisations operating in India, across all Industry Sectors SBUs / Operating units Overseas units of Indian Organisations Organisations (Small & Medium Businesses, Large Business) EFQM Excellence Model 2013 Assessment by a team of four to six highly qualified Business professionals. About 1000 hours are invested for each assessment. Scoring is on a scale of 0 to 1000 points. Both ‘Enablers’ and ‘Results’ carry maximum of 500 points each Most rigorous, transparent and internationally benchmarked assessment process. How to Participate? An Application Form in the prescribed format is to be forwarded to CII Institute of Quality. A Position Report explaining the current status of Business Excellence in the Organisation in line with the 9 Criteria of the Excellence Model to be prepared and send to CII Institute of Quality.
