METHODOLOGY
 3 Day Training.
 Certification Examination at the end of the training.
 Submit the detailed BE Implementation road map of your Organisation. If the
Organisation has already embarked on the excellence Journey, then prepare a
future roadmap, the learning from this workshop.
MINIMUM CRITERIA
 100% attendance for the 3 Day training Programme
 Minimum 70% score in the certification examination
 Submit the detailed BE implementation roadmap of your Organization
VALIDITY: 5 YEARS
Re-certification required once in 5 years, by submitting the Recertification
application form, indicating the initiatives taken and the progress made during the 5year period in the business excellence domain.
