Port Moody Pacific Grace MB Church (the Church)

Scope of Works (the Works)
1.
Construction of one three-stories building and foundation for the Church
2.
Construction of one plaza and side-walks adjoining the building
3.
Construction of car parking lot (32 parking spaces)
Scope of Services (the Services) : including but not limited to
1.
Be the representative of the Church for the Project
2.
Liaison with relevant departments of the City of Port Moody
3.
Planning of the Works
4.
Coordination of the architect and consultants on working drawings and specifications
5.
Tendering works and selection of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
6.
Quality and time control on the Works executed by contractors and sub-contractors
7.
Overall cost control of the Works
8.
Scrutinizing and processing of invoices for payment
9.
Preparation of final account for the Project after practical completion of the Works
10. Working to the completion of the occupancy permit and inspection within the agreed timeframe

Duration of the Project Management Services (Tentatively)
1.
Pre-construction stage : Estimated 4 months from post re-zoning (mid-February 2013) to issuance of
building permit (June 2013)

Construction stage : Estimated 8 months from July 2013 to February 2014)
Presence of Project Manager
Commencing from construction, the Project Manager would be required full
time attendance for the construction until handover of the Works

Fee Proposal
Fees are to be proposed separately in fixed sum for the Services including :

attendance on maintenance period (12 months after handover)
