ICC Position Paper Format
Things to keep in mind:
Please have an objective opinion. Understand the difference from taking a side and leaning toward that side. Try to remain as neutral as possible before hearing the witness’s testify.
When passing a verdict the accused is either guilty or not guilty. As Justices of the ICC you are responsible for pronouncing a verdict.
Background of the topic
History of the case, reasons for the trial, actions of people involved, international significance, etc.
