Announcements
ICC Mission and By-Laws Review: The ICC by-laws do not state a timeline for policy review but
it’s about that time. There is no Graduate Faculty Representative position. The initial staggered
terms are no longer relevant. The purpose of the ICC to analyze Rankin & Associates data for
determining climate problems requiring focus has largely been fulfilled, but the use of climate
survey results to inform positive action steps is continuing. The ICC supports the CHD, CSW,
CSM and other systems designed to promote social justice, including proposed ombudsperson.

ICC participation at CHD conference, and future conferences.
New Business
Summary Report of discussion with President Hawkinson (attached).
Review Draft of Ombudsperson Position by Dr. Hanna (attached).
