Delivery
The ICC can accept deliveries from 11th September 2012. Any items delivered to the venue on this day will be
stored in Goods Inwards in Bay B. Deliveries will not be accepted before the 11th September.
Collection
Items need to be collected straight after the event (15th September), if Exhibitors need to arrange collection for
Monday 17th September, BEVA will need advance notification of this in order to inform the conference centre.
All items must be labelled, no responsibility will be taken by BEVA or the ICC for items not labelled.
