A prolonged period of extreme cold weather has arrived and will continue
throughout the weekend and the following week beginning today January 31,
2014.
Please monitor your nominations and the weather forecast closely and adjust
appropriately to meet load requirements.
PSCo will review nominations on a daily basis and determine if additional
actions are required, including the possibility of issuing an underdelivery
Operational Flow Order (OFO).
