WARRINGAH TRIATHLON CLUB INC
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
To be held on Sunday 18th October 2015 at Manly Dam, 112 King Street, Manly Vale, Section 1,
Table 1, at 3pm.
Clause 13 of the Rules states that the Committee shall consist of the following Office Bearers of the
Association:
• The President
• Vice President(s)
• Treasurer
• Secretary
Clause 14 of the Rules states that nominations of candidates for election as Office Bearers of the
Association:
• Shall be made in writing signed by two members of the association and accompanied by the
written consent of the candidate.
• Shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Association not less than 7 days before the date
fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting.
• If the number of nominations received is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled the
person nominated shall be deemed to be elected.
• If the number of nominations received exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled a ballot
shall be held.
• If insufficient nominations are received any vacant positions remaining on the Committee
shall be deemed to be a casual vacancy.
