Attached you will find the ballot prepared by the Nominations Committee to facilitate the election
of the 2013-2014 BSNA officers at the 2 April 2013 BSNA business meeting. The Nominations
Committee requests that elections be slated as an item of new business on the agenda for that
meeting and offers the following guidance:
Since some position do not have the required minimum of two candidates on the submitted ballot,
nominations will need to be taken from the floor as a statutory requirement only for those
positions.
The Nomination Committee requests that the Agenda Committee slate time for each candidate to
speak to the BSNA membership on 2 April prior to balloting, and that each candidate’s time be
strictly limited to no more than 30 seconds each.
The Nomination Committee also requests that the Agenda Committee slate time for a brief question
and answer session between the candidates and the membership on 2 April prior to balloting, and
that the question and answer session be limited to no more than two questions per candidate.
All slated candidates have been informed of their status by the Nominations Committee.
