I am writing you this because I cannot receive mail at my permanent address at
this time. I would like to request that you please send me the check as well as any other
paperwork you’ll need to send me at my current address. I've attached a copy of an Xcel
energy bill with my name and my current address as well as a copy of my Comcast bill
with the same information in order for you to verify that I live here. Again my current

Also attached is a copy of my signed promissory note and application, a photocopy of my
driver’s license, and a copy of my schedule from this year that has UNC’s logo on it as
well as the academic year I will be graduating (2008-2009). I only made one change to
my application in which the academic year this loan is to be used for started in January
2008 and will end after I graduate in January of 2009.
