Thank you for booking to come to one of our Tribute & Dinner Shows here at The Lake at
Barston Restaurant. The meal will be served at 8.00pm so please arrive between 7.00pm
and 7.30pm. The Entertainment will be on from 10pm for 1 hour or 2 x 45 minutes
depending on the act, with dancing till 1.00am. The Bar will be closed at 1.00am and
we advise that you have your transport home organised well in advance. The dress code for the evening is smart but
casual (Denim will be allowed if smart but please, no Caps, Hoodies, Ripped clothes, Trainers, Tracksuits or Football
shirts). To assist the catering operation please fill in the pre order form overleaf and return at least one week before the
event. You may post the form back with a cheque for payment of supplements, or phone us with a credit card. Please
note we still need notification from you if you require the set menu. You can phone your order in on 01675

To keep our ticket price down, we are now offering a set menu with optional upgrades, this gives the individual the opportunity to keep the cost
down to a minimum but at the same time gives the choice whether to choose a more expensive dish.

Please note that we are unable to accept requests for alternative menu items for this event, however in certain medical cases we will try our best
to cater for your needs. Parties of 2 may be joined up onto larger tables. We are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancelled bookings,
however if you need to cancel and can provide reasonable notice, we will try to resell your tickets and refund the value of the resold tickets to
you (may be reduced to sell). Any cancellations with less than 7 days notice may not be considered.
