Happy New Year!
We begin 2015 ready to dance! Recital dances will begin this
month. We hope everyone has great attendance as we prepare
for the recital in May.
Birthday Box!
We have a Birthday Box located at the front desk. During the month
of your birthday you may see the office assistant and pick a prize
from the Birthday Box!
We WILL have classes
President’s Day and Martin Luther King Day.
Shoe Consignment Box
There are lots of students outgrowing their shoes! If you’d like to sell
your old dance shoes, please put them in a zip lock bag with an index
card including your name, shoe size and price. We will put them in
the box at the front desk and if they sell, you get 100% profit!
Program Ad (optional)
Reserve your child’s spot in the yearly program book. You
may get a business to sponsor and pay for your ad if you wish.
Prices range from $45 - $140. Program ads and money are
due by March 28th. Please check in office for more details.
Awards for 5 years of dance and up
Check the list of recital awards at the front desk. Please check
closely for misspelled names and placement in the correct
year.
Cancellations/Snow Policy
For weather related closings, we will post on Facebook, email
and answering machine. Please call the studio or check if
weather gets bad.
Visitor’s Week
The next visitor’s week is March 9-12. This week is very
important as we will be passing out all information about
pictures, rehearsal, recital, summer classes/camps, and preregistration for next year. You get a peek at the recital dances,
too!
Prizes!
* Pay Tuition by the 15th of each month and your name will go in
a drawing for BPA Dancing Dollars!!!*

2015 Recital Information
The annual recital will be held at the Ninth Grade Academy on
May 16th with rehearsals on May 12th & 14th. The recital fee
is $25 per student or $35 per family(more than 1 student
dancing). This fee covers the rental of the auditorium, lights,
backdrops, music, programs, etc. This fee is non-refundable
and is due April 17th. Tickets are not required for the recital
and there is no admission charged!
Saturday 2:00 performance includes: Creative Movement,
Combo 1, Combo 2, Combo 3, Company, and other select classes.
Saturday afternoon performance will rehearse on Tuesday, May 12th.
Saturday 6:30 performance includes: Combo 4, Level 1, Level 2,
Level 3, All Hip Hop classes.
Saturday night performance will rehearse on Thursday, May
14th.
Participating students are required to attend dress rehearsals
and all scheduled performances. Any conflicts must be
discussed with the director. This weekend has been set since
last May.
Picture Day
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, March 27th, 28th & 29th will be
picture day. Harrison Photography will be at the studio to take
pictures in your dance costumes. Purchase is not mandatory
but we do suggest everyone attend as we will have group
pictures in the program. Please see the class time schedule.
