We do point out that this is an agreement that you will continue to finish the season. Any interruptions into a class at anytime, can disrupt the other dancers. At anytime if you wish to withdraw your child from the program, we ask that you put it in writing two weeks before your withdraw period. Parents: No parent is allowed to wait in the studio. This is a distraction to the dancers and the instructor, especially for younger dancers. There are areas to wait for your dancer. Days are put into the studio calendar for parents to observe the classes (November and February). These days are always the first week of the month. At this time you will be allowed to take pictures, video tape and bring relatives. Recital Fee: A non-refundable recital fee is assessed for each student for the spring recital. The balance of the recital fee is due by May 1st and can be paid in installments before the due date. The fee is placed onto your account at the beginning of the season. This fee pays for: parent recital tickets, insurance for each child, recital facility for recital and tech, recital souvenir, dancer and parent banquet tickets, awards for each child. Recital: Each year the instructors create a theme for our annual spring recital. Dances and costumes are then built around the theme. This is the time that your child will be able to display what she/he has learned throughout the year. It is not required but deeply encouraged to participate in the annual recital. The recital is always performed in June at the end of the dance season. Along with the recital comes rehearsals. In addition to your dancers normal weekly classes in June, dress rehearsals are held. We ask that you invite everyone that you know or maybe ever met to the year end show. Tickets for the show go on sale Monday after Spring Break. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
