Average relative humidity was 90 percent at 0700 hrs and 76 percent at 1400 hrs. Soil temperature at 5 cm depth was 28.7°C at 0700 hrs and 34.7°C at 1400 hrs. Average wind speed, daily sunshine hours and average daily evaporation were 04.9 km/hr, 3.8 hours and 2.2 mm respectively. About 01.0 mm rainfall was recorded during this period. Sahbhagi, Prabhaat, Dhanlakshmi, Richaria, saket-4, Pusa-2-21 is advised for early variety, Santosh, Seeta, saroj, rajshree, prabhaat, rajendra subashni, rajendra kasturi, rajendra bhagwati kamani,sugandga for short to medium duration . Looking to rainfall forecast, farmers are suggested to transplant 2225 days old paddy seedlings in their fields where water facilities are available. Application of 25-30kg/ha Nitrogen,40 kg/ha Phosphorus and 30 kg/ha Potas fertilizer and 25 kg zink sulphate/ha in the soil before transplanting. Sowing of Bahar, Pusa-9, Narendra Arher-1 varieties of Pigeon pea is advised. Application of 20 kg/ha Nitrogen, 45 kg/ha Phosphorus and 20 kg/ha Potash and 20 kg sulphur/ha before sowing of seed. Keep seed rate 18-20 kg/ha. Seed should be treated with thiram/Capton@2.5gm/kg of seed. Sowing of sunflower crop is advised up to 15th July. Keep seed rate 5 kg/ha for hybrid and 8 kg/ha for composite. Seed should be treated with thiram/captaaf @ 2 gram/ kg of seed. Application of 100 quintal FYM during land preparation and 30 kg Nitrogen and 80 kg Phosphorus, 3040 kg Potash per hectare before sowing of seed. Sowing of til crop is advised up to 15th July. Krishna, Kaakee safed, Kalika, Pragati varieties are recommended for sowing. Application of 60 quintal/ha FYM compost at land preparation and 20 kg/ha Nitrogen,20 kg/ha Phosphorus and 20 kg/ha Potas fertilizer before sowing of seed. Keep seed rate 4kg/ha. Seed should be treated with thiram@2gm/kg of seed. Sowing of Urd crop is advised. T-9, Pant U-19, Pant urd31,Uttara,Navin varieties are recommended for sowing. Application of 20 kg/ha Nitrogen,45 kg/ha Phosphorus and 20 kg/ha Potas fertilizer and 20 kg sulphur/ha before sowing of seed. Keep seed rate 15-20 kg/ha. Seed should be treated with thiram@2.5gm/kg of seed. Prophylactic measures against contagious diseases for milch animals are advised as per instruction of veterinarians. Present weather is favorable for planting of new orchards. Before planting, pits should be treated with 5ml of cloropyrifos 20 EC with per liter of water to prevent termite and white grub. Keeping view of increasing moisture in environment farmers are suggested to monitor the grain storage against insect infestation. if insect found in grain than application of celfos tablet @3/ton. Keep the grain storage air sealed. Keeping in view of rainfall forecast, farmer are advised with precaution /postpond spraying in the crop field. if spraying is more needed then it may be done when sky is clear and add sticker 1ml/Liter in pesticide solutions.
