Amending an IEP


Click on “Amendment”
CAUTION: For IEPs written before July 1st, 2007 the amended IEP will require
transition information be added on page B for students who turn 14 during the
IEP time span.
Once changes are made to the IEP, the IEP needs to be submitted for
implementation and a paper copy needs to be sent to Central File.
Multiple Amendments can be completed.
