Orders placed after December will be subject to a late fee of $10 per month
Order forms are available in the BHS and SMA main office or in Mr. Garrison’s room
The website is much more “user friendly” than the order form.
If you’re re-using a cap and gown from a sibling, we ask that you purchase the current tassel and
medallion for this year. The order form must be used for this and the cost is only $30 + tax. See Mr.
Garrison for help filling out the form to order only the accessories
Thursday, October 16th- Herff Jones Parent night from 5-7p.m. in the cafeteria
Thursday & Friday October 16th & 17th- Herff Jones will be in the cafeteria during lunch to
assist with cap & gown orders.
Thursday & Friday October 23rd & 24th Herff Jones will be in the cafeteria during lunch to assist cap &
gown orders.

Yearbook Senior Ad- $400 full page and includes a yearbook; $275 half page and it includes a yearbook;

Prom Ticket–$70 and if your ticket is bought before December 19th you will receive a free T-shirt

June 3rd @ 8pm at the Lakeland Center - Free admission, Free Parking, no limit on guests
