Senior Update December 15, 2015
Cap and Gown
 Please see attachment regarding ordering your cap and gown.
 If you just want to order a cap and gown the price is $40.
 January 16 is the last time to order your cap and gowns.
 Orders can be made on line at Jostens.com
Senior Dues
 Dues are $100.
o If you have not made a payment yet, you can pay on line at Berry’s On-Line
payment. This link can be found on the school website.
o If you have made a partial payment and need to pay the balance, payment will be

accepted for the balance after January 12.
o Dues need to be completely paid by February 27, 2014. (Deadline was extended.)
Dues cover senior shirts, yearbook, senior activities, and events during senior week.
Senior Yearbook Ads
 If you are interested in placing an ad in the yearbook for your child, please see the
attached document.
 Quarter page Ads are $60, Half page Ads are $100, and Full page Ads are $140.
 Payments for Senior Yearbook Ads can be made on line at Berry’s On-Line payment. This
link can be found on the school website.
Prom
 Information for prom will come out during the week of January 12, 2015.
Yearbook Pictures
 Information about purchasing yearbook picture will be given out by January 16, 2015.
o If you have not received your proof, you can go online to
www.carolinaorders.com or call Carolina Photography at 704-483-5862 ext. 403.
 Carolina Photography will take picture of seniors in cap and gown on February 6. Only
students who pre-order will take pictures.
Yearbook Purchase
 All students who have paid their dues will receive a yearbook.
