Senior Fee Payment
Cap and Gown Online Ordering Instructions
Payment Due by October 30, 2015
1. Go to www.herffjonestallahassee.com.
2. You must click on the START REGISTERING tab near the bottom of the page to place this order.
3. Fill out the required information and click REGISTER NOW at the bottom of the page.
4. Log in using your email and password (that you created on the Register Now page). Please read the
announcements on this page.
5. Click on the START SHOPPING NOW tab.
6. Click on ADD A STUDENT then ADD A NEW STUDENT.
7. Fill out all information and click SUBMIT.
8. Click on SHOP CATALOGUE (top), CAP AND GOWN.
9. Choose a student and then CHOOSE SELECTED STUDENT.
10. Click on CAP & GOWN.
11. Click on VIEW PACKAGE DETAILS on your package of choice.
12. Click CONTINUE.
13. Fill in HEIGHT and WEIGHT for correct cap and gown sizing (example: 5’0” 100 lbs)
14. Click CONTINUE.
15. Check that all information is correct and click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT PROCESS.
16. Fill out required information and click CONTINUE CHECKOUT PROCESS.
17. When prompted, make sure you choose COMPLETE!!!!!!!

You will need to setup an account through the Herff Jones website (steps 1 – 4). If you do not have a
computer at home, your student may set the account up using a computer at school. Once the account has
been setup, please follow one of the options in step #5 to make payment.

5. You may pay by check or money order one of the follow ways:
a. Pay in person to the Herff Jones Representative at Leon on October 20th or October 21st, from
11 am to 2 pm, in the lobby of the school.
b. By mailing a check or money order (do not send cash) to:

As a reminder, your senior fee includes your diploma, tassel, cap and gown, senior luncheon, civic center
graduation decorations and civic center parking for graduation. We will not be able to accept senior fees at
Leon. ALL SENIOR FEES MUST BE PAID THROUGH HERFF JONES, either online, by mail, or in person to the
Herff Jones Representative.
